Founding team includes web entrepreneurs from Yahoo! and Sony and the company is funded by top tier venture capital funds. Position: Lead Software Architect The Lead Software Architect will lead the engineering group in setting architectural direction and managing implementation of core site functionalities and content offerings that improve user experience and value of the amuso brand. Specific roles include: * Work closely with the CEO to set the software architectural direction and build a simple, efficient, highly scalable system * Lead the engineering group in project planning; setting scope, deliverables, timelines, risk management, milestone definition, acceptance procedures. * Developing and maintaining accurate, detailed project plans; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders * Measuring product performance and identification of key levers of improvement - including design and analysis of relevant reports * Assist in recruiting new talent |

| Funciones a desarrollar: | Lead Software Architect Specific roles include: * Work closely with the CEO to set the software architectural direction and build a simple, efficient, highly scalable system * Lead the engineering group in project planning; setting scope, deliverables, timelines, risk management, milestone definition, acceptance procedures. * Developing and maintaining accurate, detailed project plans; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders * Measuring product performance and identification of key levers of improvement - including design and analysis of relevant reports * Assist in recruiting new talent Hiring requirements: * Minimum 6 years experience including at least 2+ years experience in project management for consumer-focused internet company * Demonstrated consumer mind-set and business acumen * Specific experience in successfully developing and managing new product launches including a proven ability to champion products and drive to key decisions * Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization, including ability to communicate in non technical manner and fluent English speaking skills * Strong organization and analytic skills absolutely required * Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor preferred |
